RETUNS & POLICY
The Chums are more than happy to exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition.
Refunds and exchanges can be made with in 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges are not available on SALE items or FREE promotional.
In the event goods are returned due to a fault or dispute - you will need to meet the cost of the return shipping to the chums address email us at contact@chums.online for a return address.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once received and you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To be eligible for a return, please make sure you tick the following criteria's:
Must be returned within 14 days from delivery.
Garments are unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and labels still attached.

We suggest using a tracked courier service as we are not responsible if your parcel gets lost on it's way to us. Please note, Chums is not responsible for covering shipping costs with returns/exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return drop off's are also welcome.
Once we receive your return the process can take up to 10 days to complete. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process, but please feel free to touch base at any stage and we will be happy to update you further.
AMENDMENTS
We are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed.
This includes:
Change of delivery address
Change of style, colour and/or size
Adding or Removing item(s)
Full order cancellations
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange your item for something else, please send your item back along with a note inside of what style/size/colour you are wanting to exchange it for.
If the exchanged item is lesser value then you will either be refunded through your original payment method or as a credit note for sale items.
If the exchanged item has a higher value than you will be sent an invoice that will need to be paid for before we send out the exchanged garment.
If we don't have the stock of your requested exchange then someone from our team will be in contact with you.
SALE RETURNS
We don't offer refunds on, ON SALE items.
REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Please note, it may take up to 48 hours before you receive this refund.
FAULTY RETURNS
If there is a fault with your item, please email contact@chums.online with details and photos of the fault so we can inspect and begin the faulty returns process for you.
If we deem there is a fault with the item we will cover the return shipping only once we have received the item for further inspection.
